Indy out of LEGO love

I have been visiting a conference in Munich again this year. Last year at the same conference I found a LEGO flagship store in my spare time and made some awesome discoveries that I had to buy. I returned to the store this year with high hopes of finding more lost Indy treasures. Sadly my trip was not fruitful. The time for Indy related goodies from LEGO is definitely over again. There was not a single piece left, not even in the bargain bin c|:(

LEGO goodies from Munich

I have been on a business trip in Munich the other week. I was not expecting anything Indy as I was in a rather industrial area of the city. But my sheer Indy-luck let me stumble over another great treasure: Indy goods from a LEGO store. They not only had all the regular sets but also some keychains that I never saw in Austria. They even had all of them but Indy already in the dumping price bin for an Euro each (the regular price was 3.99). And even better, they had an Indy LEGO t-shirt on sale as well. Those little treasures saved my trip for sure :)

LEGO Indy 2009

Hurray, I finally got my collection of regular LEGO sets from 2008 together. Guess I will have some LEGO puzzling to do this xmas :-)

Long time, no post. But I am back with interesting and odd info on Indy goodies.

One of the harder to get LEGO sets this year is the BrickMaster Jungle Cruiser exclusive set 20004 featuring Indy in a Jeep.

If you don't have access to those exclusive sets there is another way to get this gem into your collection: Shop the 83 pieces separately and build your own! LEGO Indy available in Austria now

The Indy LEGO sets have finally arrived in Austria (they are available in Germany also). The pricing is a little hefty, though. Here is a list of the sets with European prices compared to the US prices:
